ProducePak offers
professional farm software, packhouse management and farm business management
software with time sheet modules for staff management to track & control
staff and analyze production costs. The Timesheets module is used to track and control staff labour out in the field during production and picking processes. |
The information gathered can be attributed to the cost of blocks or individual crops allowing you to analyse crop production costs by cost structure over periods of time. |
|
The Timesheets module makes staff more accountable and provides a new level of staff task management. Download the document below for full details. |
Staff Accountability If multiple farms are being used for Timesheet tasks, the farm software can easily be determined by the crop upon which the tasks were performed. Current users of Timesheets are using the output data to benchmark production costs, the benchmarks are then used to set production goals and staff are rewarded with bonuses for exemplary performance. This facility has provided users of ProducePak with quantifiable data which was not previously available. Determine Activity Costs |
| Payroll The information recorded from timesheets can be used to produce reports which consist of payroll information or you can export payroll information from ProducePak to your chosen financial or payroll package.
When used in conjunction with Equipment Module, Timesheets can record the usage of equipment, and the respective crop the equipment is used on. This can be used to attribute a proportion of the running costs to the production costs for the Crop.
To allow rapid entry of timesheet information, ProducePak farm software contains various bulk entry facilities which allow you to enter timesheet information for 20 people in only a few seconds. Crop Inputs records all products used on a particular block, in particular at the preparation of a block and planting stage. This provides an accurate costing of the production of each block/crop. You can analyse the active chemicals used on a block/crop and perform historical analysis to help control production quality The Block/Crop Inputs module allows recording of materials (taken from
Inventory) that are used in the preparation and production of a crop.
An example of materials used in crop production may include: By recording Block/Crop Inputs, the cost of production for individual crops can be determined. The Crop Inputs Module requires the Inventory Module. Because you have all of the information on-hand you no longer have to spend weeks gathering and preparing the relevant information for HACCP audits as ProducePak has done it for you instantly.
Inventory & Expense Allocation When a Crop Input is recorded, inventory used is automatically deducted from the ‘current stock on hand’ levels. If a task is verified as using a different amount of inventory then the relevant adjustment is made by ProducePak.
The information collected by the ProducePak Spray Diary is one component of cost which is used to determine crop production costs and measure productivity. The ultimate result of crop cost and productivity measurement is improved production quality and cost reduction. ID Card Scanning
Scanning Devices The ID Card scanning process may not be applicable for all business process, for example, where picking staff are paid by the hour, it would be appropriate to use ProducePak Timesheets to record picking data.
