• % commission of Sale Value
• Per Bin Intake
• Levies (ie: state, union etc)
• Carton Costs & Materials
• Misc/Arbitrary charge

• Pooled Transport
• Bin & Pallet Storage (per day)

Grower Returns
Create pools for grower returns based on all or any combinations of the following properties;
• grower
• produce
• colour
• size
• grade
• unit / carton type

Grower returns can be manually and individually tweaked or adjusted before they are issued to ensure you have a fully flexible grower return process. The system allows the creation of multiple pools for returns, for example, 1st grade goods from Grower 1 & 2 can go into Pool A, and 1st grade goods from grower 3 & 4 can be placed into a separate pool. Transport is automatically pooled for produce that has been placed into a return pool. Growers can also be paid returns (part or all) for their explicit goods sold. Grower returns for explicit goods can include either pooled or non pooled transport costs.

Grower Online Module
Allow your suppliers to view their bin deliveries, grower returns, and more – over the internet, allowing you business to realise an administrative saving. (sold as separate module)

Transport & Handling
The system allows you to record simple transport against individual deliveries, in addition, an unlimited number of transport charges can be applied to a single docket. Other charges applied to produce may include handling, quarantine, ripening, or processing costs. All of these costs can be directly billed to the grower or billed to a grower via pooling. Transport cost standards can be setup to ensure automatic recording of default transport costs for individual consignments.

Discounts
Grower returns can have discounts for chain stores (or selected customers) automatically deducted before calculating grower returns. These amounts will not show on the average return for the grower. Discount amounts are exported with invoice data to your financial package.

Levies & Associations
Returns for processed goods can have levies and association fees deducted and shown on their returns. The Levies and Association fees can be exported to your financial package. Levies and other fees can take the form of a ‘per unit charge’, ‘per kilogram’, or % of revenue fee.

Fax & Email Grower Returns
Grower returns can be easily faxed or emailed in bulk after they have been created, using the ProducePak Alters/Messaging system. Each grower can have a preferred message delivery format, either fax or email. There is no need to print (before faxing) grower returns and send via mail using the Alerts/Messaging module.

Return Previews & Amendments
During the preview creation process, you can view previews of each growers returns before officially generating them. Any changes made to sales information (price change, rejection) are shown on future grower returns as ‘Adjustments’ and can be fully traced.

Integration with Your Financial Package
There is no need to replace your financial package, using the Financial Module you can easily integrate the Advanced Packhouse Module with almost any financial management system.
