Create Salads!
Making Salads has never been easier using Complex Processing Module. You can create salads with produce from both your own farms, and also use produce from other suppliers. Full traceability and recall abilities are maintained. You make virtually any mix of produce using this module.

Mix Different Sources of Fruit and Vegetable in one package
You can pack fruit and vegetable from different sources into one package, and maintain full traceability of the produce. The produce may come from your own farms, external growers, suppliers, or any combination of sources.

Re-cycle Produce
Some fruit and vegetable pack sheds (specifically Tomato) need to reprocess “green” produce which can ultimately be mixed with many different sources of produce. This process is efficiently handled using the Complex Processing module.

Re-Pack Goods
Goods can be packed, and then Re-Packed into different packaging, with the costs full tracked throughout the process.

Create Complex Value Added Foods
Not only can you make salad, you can also produce complex food stuffs. Each food item used in Value Added food must be closely tracked to its own batch number, and also to your internal batch numbers.

An example of the type of Complex Value Add that can be performed using this module includes:
• a Coleslaw that contains several types of produce (some from your businesses farms, and some from suppliers), Several Spices, Mayonnaise, and Lemon Juice freshly squeezed from lemons grown on your own farm
• A complete salad: may contain two types of lettuce, and several other types of sliced produce (which may be from your farms or a supplier or both), a bag of Parmesan cheese, and a bag of dried bacon; both from foreign suppliers

Formula Based Processing
Rapidly calculate the ingredients you require to make any product by using the Product Formula feature, and then turn ingredients requirements into Purchase Orders (to external suppliers) or Harvest Plans (to farms within your group of companies).
