Harvest Summary (Stock Arrival) Stock Arrival is the start of the Quality Assurance process for your business. With this module you will no longer have estimates of how many bins or buckets have arrived into the shed. All arrivals are recorded into the system giving you an accurate count of bins/ buckets and traceability back to a particular block or crop. The Harvest Summary module also has an instant Stock Arrival report that can be accessed at any time to show the days arrivals by block or crop, or alternatively the data can filtered by date range to compare with previous arrivals. If operating using a bar-coding facility for your pickers, this module will further make it possible to monitor the productivity of the picking crew. One farm with ProducePak installed has been able to set performance targets for their staff through having access to such information, results being an incredible saving of 30cents per carton. Stock Packing This module records and organises the activities of the Pack House making it simple to select and create lots by which your produce is to be packed. Because ProducePak is an “enter-once” data solution, produce need not be entered again, as all information flows on from other relevant and integrated modules. Stock Packing shows a summary of all lots that are to be packed, what lot is currently being packed and finished lots for that day. Pallet Maintenance The Pallet Maintenance system, whether via the standard or the bar-coding
system, gives full traceability of all produce from the time of palletisation,
through to dispatch and its arrival at the final destination. Automated
pallet labels are printed showing the pallet number and specific details
of the contents on the pallet. Upon palletisation the location and temperature
of the cold room in which the pallet is to be placed is also recorded,
minimising the risk of lost or misplaced pallets.
